Refund & Exchange Policy

At Wedding Sherwanis, your satisfaction on your wedding day is our highest priority. We want you to step onto the mandap or stage feeling completely confident in your fit.

1. Standard Size Exchanges

If an off-the-rack garment in a standard size (36 to 48) does not fit to your liking, you may request an exchange for an alternate size within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, in original condition with all boutique tags intact.

2. Custom Made-to-Measure Alteration Guarantee

Because bespoke garments are custom made to your individual specifications, they are non-refundable. However, we provide complimentary alteration assistance or master tailor guidance if any adjustments are required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Every piece undergoes rigorous three-stage quality inspection before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, please record an unboxing video and notify us via WhatsApp at +91 9840101901 within 48 hours for immediate replacement or full refund.
